Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a client application support role, ideally within the carrying broker and custodial services business or in a business-to-business operating environment

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should provide advanced-level product support to client service teams by understanding, analyzing, and resolving inquiries while collaborating with internal teams and vendors
- The candidates should develop expertise in NBIN Digital Products and related systems, including client statements and CRM2 reports
- The candidates should monitor incoming inquiries and provide timely responses, regular updates, and complete resolutions within the defined Service Level Agreements
- The candidates should craft clear and concise client-friendly responses and act as a liaison between IT partners and users, effectively communicating in both business and technical terms
- The candidates should identify and recommend opportunities to enhance NBIN Digital Products, user experience, and processes while finding temporary workarounds to address immediate
- The candidates should conduct testing and validations for new and enhancements to existing digital products and features
- The candidates should occasionally provide after-hours and weekend support for product releases and validations
