Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience as a supervisor with direct involvement in a unionized production environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a college degree in a related field
- The candidates should have practical knowledge of the administration of collective agreements
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with production plans and product quality
- The candidates should be able to coordinate packaging processes for different product formats and ensure delivery deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with health and safety, environmental, and sanitation programs and oversee compliance, application, and updating of the quality control plan (ISO, HACCP and GFSI)
- The candidates should be able to participate in factory committees health and safety, quality, training and ensure the application of the collective agreement
- The candidates should be able to lead continuous improvement workshops with their team
- The candidates should be able to supervise the sanitary maintenance of equipment and lead, mobilize, develop, and train their staff
