Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Minimum three (3) year diploma/degree with a focus on Business Administration or related field
Experience: Candidates should have minimum three (3) years previous experience in client/customer support with strong communication skills and previous experience managing budgets, completing financial reconciliation and compiling financial reports;

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be experienced in the computing devices field, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting, installing, and running hardware and software
  • The candidates should have experience in troubleshooting hardware on a wide variety of both mobile and traditional platforms and devices
  • The candidates should have experience in troubleshooting software defects, crashes, and errors on a wide variety of operating systems, with exposure to multiple frameworks
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
  • The candidates should have the ability to independently organize time and priorities in order to meet conflicting and concurrent deadlines in a rapidly changing environment is key to this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to report to the Manager of Employment Services and provide administrative support for the department’s employment services contracts
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate communication with employment center staff and coordinate all necessary operations to ensure seamless program delivery
  • The candidates should be able to handle day-to-day administrative activities including front-desk reception, scheduling client appointments, and making follow-up calls
  • The candidates should be able to play a critical role in coordinating the department’s annual budget, including quarterly reviews, office inventory orders, and supporting the College financial year-end processes
