Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of their work and be comfortable sitting for extended periods as required by the job

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration, and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent written communication skills and display flexibility in adapting to various situations and requirements
  • The candidates should maintain organization in managing tasks and responsibilities, be reliable in fulfilling their duties and commitments, and be effective team players, contributing positively to group dynamics and goals

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide services
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, record and relay information, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to send invoices, maintain work records and logs, and receive and issue payments
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
