Salary: $18.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 1027 Pembroke St East, Pembroke, ON K8A 3M4
Shifts: To be determined
Work setting: Repair, Service, In shop, and On-site customer service
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty and noisy environments and be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should have manual dexterity, attention to detail
- The candidates should have hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to lift weights of up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus and possess efficient interpersonal and excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should be organized in their work approach and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to inspect products to determine the requirements for repair accurately
- The candidates should be able to repair or replace defective or worn parts and components proficiently
