Salary: $21.00 hourly 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: North Bay, ON
Shifts: Starts as soon as possible

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, conduct performance reviews
  • The candidates should be able to determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, recruit, train and supervise staff
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service
