Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, conduct performance reviews, and organize and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or the use of facilities, develop, implement, and analyze budgets, and set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, recruit, train, and supervise staff
