Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and monitoring staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to determine the type of services to be offered, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and implement operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, recruit, train, and supervise staff, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices to address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, develop, implement, and analyze budgets, and participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
