Salary: $26.50 to $27.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 hours per week

Location: Sherwood Park, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 11-15 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively and ensure health and safety regulations are followed rigorously
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews objectively and constructively, set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance meticulously, and recruit, train, and supervise staff adeptly
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory efficiently, participate in marketing plans and their implementation actively, and lead and instruct individuals with clarity and effectiveness
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, provide exceptional customer service consistently, and manage events proficiently, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction
