Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be non-smokers
  • The candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiently handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and adept at balancing a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, ensuring adaptability to various work conditions

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate adaptability in various situations, work efficiently and effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace
  • The candidates should be hardworking, dedicated, and possess strong time management skills, as well as be flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances
  • The candidates should be reliable and dependable team players, collaborating well with others, possessing excellent oral communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently to process transactions, as well as operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems to manage stock levels effectively
  • The candidates should be able to provide knowledgeable advice about merchandise to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, deliver excellent customer service, and address inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the display of merchandise to enhance visual appeal and facilitate customer engagement, greet customers warmly, engage in discussions about merchandise or services sought, and maintain accurate sales records to facilitate inventory control and management
