Value Auto Collision And Repair based in Surrey, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Retail Sales Manager. Value Auto Collision And Repair can be said as a collection of auto parts stores and repair shops, owned by a network of independent automotive parts warehouse distributors. Our Auto Value Parts Stores and Certified Service Centers are a part of the network of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., one of the largest auto parts program groups in the world. At core, our company is known as a collection of family businesses. We work with believing that “Service is the Difference”. We hire foreign workers to fill labour or skills shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The candidate has to work in Flexible Hours shifts. This position of Retail Sales Manager is approved by LMIA.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as a secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years

  • The candidate should be able to locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
  • The candidate should be able to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • The candidate should be able to plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • The candidate should be able to determine staffing requirements
  • The candidate should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • The candidate should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidate should be able to recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
