Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Sales and marketing promotions
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and point of sale system
Exhibit and display design experience: Computer interactive or multimedia, Merchandising or window, Visual displays

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • The candidates should possess the ability to distinguish between colors accurately
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work shifts
  • The candidates should be capable of handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required by the job role

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide advice about merchandise and advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, assist in the display of merchandise, and greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
  • The candidates should be able to maintain sales records for inventory control, prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, and prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts and accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment
  • The candidates should be able to perform opening and closing activities and have a basic understanding of interior design
