Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent experience in computer science/engineering or a related technical field
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

  • The candidates should be capable of occasional travel for meetings, client visits, or collaborative work
  • The candidates should have the capability to attend and actively participate in various project and team meetings

  • The candidates should possess the ability to quickly learn technical and commercial solutions

  • The candidates should exhibit strong oral, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • The candidates should possess proficient MS Office application skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • The candidates should demonstrate sales application skills, such as Salesforce, SAP, and Dynamic CRM
  • The candidates should excel at adapting and responding to change
  • The candidates should maintain a positive demeanor

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide sales support to the account teams
  • The candidates should be capable of joining a team with established relationships with our customers, headquarters, and potentially external partners
  • The candidates should be able to process customer orders and requests and resolve issues with the customer on purchase order discrepancies
  • The candidates should be able to build, maintain, and use trust-based relationships with relevant customer interfaces
  • The candidates should be able to manage adherence to the sales process and tools
  • The candidates should be able to support account team’s day-to-day operations such as quotations, document management, forecasting, reporting, etc.
  • The candidates should be able to maintain accurate sales, customer information, and processes of CRM systems
  • The candidates should be able to understand the customer needs to support the sales team on anticipated future road maps and provide an internal forecast
