Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to provide support for sales activities such as presentations, bids/proposals, and requests for information
  • The candidates should be able to develop an effective external network to support the identification of new and increased investment/lending business opportunities

  • The candidates should be able to act as the key sales contact with the client to gather the required detailed information necessary to move the sale forward in the process, including completing all necessary documentation
  • The candidates should be able to provide assistance to the team in pre-sales activities such as pitch preparation, client research, and preparation of prospect and client files for action by the Sales Professional Planning
  • The candidates should be able to track implementation requests to keep the process on track with timelines, ensuring accurate billing to clients
  • The candidates should be able to track internal reports and recommend improvements to sales support materials based on findings and feedback
  • The candidates should be able to compile pre-call and post-call information packages by accessing internal systems and bank personnel to validate client holdings, pricing, and volumes
  • The candidates should be able to provide research and data gathering to the sales team to facilitate solutions to the client’s/prospect’s business and needs
  • The candidates should be able to assist with sales and service administration and processing, ensuring the client experience is seamless and opportunities are identified and met
  • The candidates should be able to maintain current client information on the Bank system/files to ensure client history is accurate and complete
  • The candidates should be able to focus primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus
  • The candidates should be able to exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules
  • The candidates should be able to work independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations
