Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of work experience: Software development and Management
Computer and technology knowledge: Computer programming, Data analysis and interpretation, Data processing and systems, Development of computer applications, Networking hardware, Networking security, Networking software, Programming software, Computerized testing system
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, and authorize the development of specifications for products or services
- The candidates should recruit, train, and supervise staff, assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- The candidates should meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts, and other engineers, and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
- The candidates should consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support, participate in the redesign of applications and other software, and develop and implement software and information system testing policies and procedures
- The candidates should develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams
