Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Residential real estate, Property management services, Industrial real estate, Commercial real estate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Credit check
