Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions by matching them to Rogers and Fido brand products, including Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone, and Rogers Mastercard
  • The candidates should be able to identify opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment
  • The candidates should be able to drive sales through engagement with existing customers by calling and texting to promote Rogers and Fido branded products
  • The candidates should be able to represent Rogers and Fido brands both in-store and at local community events, showcasing professionalism and brand commitment
