Requirements:

Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures or algorithms

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 5 years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, or API development, showcasing their ability to build and maintain robust software applications
  • The candidates should have 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, along with 3 years of experience in software design and architecture, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions
  • The candidates should have experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI, demonstrating expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies
  • The candidates should hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, reflecting their advanced technical knowledge
  • The candidates should have 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization, successfully navigating cross-functional or cross-business projects
  • The candidates should have 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading project teams and setting technical direction to drive successful outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide technical leadership on high-impact projects and coach a distributed team of developers
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines and manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • The candidates should be able to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions
