Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime
Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, client focus, dependable, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, authorize payments by cheque
- The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
