Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Candidates should have 7+ years of strategic media experience, preferably with a media agency or multichannel national advertising client

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a minimum of a College Degree or Certificate and possess strong analytic skills and the ability to triangulate between data, brand goals, and opportunities
  • The candidates should have 7+ years of media planning experience, with an advanced understanding of all or most media vehicles and channels
  • The candidates should have experience leveraging industry standard planning tools and data sets to enable and train category media managers
  • The candidates should have strong knowledge of the typical processes and tools utilized by buying or investment teams across all media types, particularly TV, programmatic buying, reserve digital, social, and search
  • The candidates should have proven skills at managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, balancing short and long-term needs and implications
  • The candidates should have effective communication skills, with the ability to leverage verbal and written communication to drive action and present ideas to senior management
  • The candidates should be able to operate with discipline, demonstrating relentless attention to detail and strong project management skills and lead media training and knowledge building for P&G

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify, build, and manage central capabilities to enable the category in-house media teams to achieve significant media-driven growth
  • The candidates should be able to thought leadership across key media spend-pools, including Linear TV, to achieve best-in-class results across reach, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to lead centralized media operations, including budget management, media stewardship, and agency governance
  • The candidates should be able to manage agency and key supplier relationships, forge new partnerships based on the changing landscape, and evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to drive best-in-class partnerships between P&G category teams, P&G US and Global media teams, and agency and media partners
