Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as required
  • The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to operate a cash register and computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems
  • The candidates should be able to provide advice about merchandise and assist in the display of merchandise
  • The candidates should be able to conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • The candidates should be able to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • The candidates should be able to greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
  • The candidates should be able to maintain sales records for inventory control
  • The candidates should be able to prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease and prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts, accepting cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment
