Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Credentials: Certificate of Conduct
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking and have the ability to work independently
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, handle physically demanding tasks, be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work, and lift weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality, exhibit dependability, and display flexibility
- The candidates should show initiative, exercise judgment, and be organized
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and make beds and change sheets
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, pick up debris, and empty trash containers
- The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
