Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology and Anthropology
Experience: Candidates should have 15 years of relevant work experience, including experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- The candidates should possess 10 years of experience in an applied research setting or similar environment
- The candidates should have experience with research design utilizing various methods usability studies, contextual inquiry and surveys
- The candidates should include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to their work in their resume, providing viewable access instructions
- The candidates should ideally hold a Master’s degree and 10 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership Director level and above
- The candidates should have 8 years of experience managing projects and working in a large, matrixed organization
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase
- The candidates should possess an excellent working knowledge of statistics and the principles of experiment design

- The candidates should be able to influence stakeholders across organizations to garner support for research-based, user-centric solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- The candidates should be able to take ownership of project priorities within larger product goals, overseeing the effective allocation of resources to achieve project milestones
- The candidates should be able to drive ideas for product and service improvement through insights and recommendations derived from thorough research
- The candidates should be able to lead teams in defining and evaluating the impact of product, service, and ecosystem enhancements
- The candidates should be able to lead vision and strategy discussions based on research findings, analyzing and synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs to inform decision-making and innovation
