Supervision: 3-4 People, 5-10 People, Food And Beverage Servers, and Food Service Counter Attendants And Food Preparers

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years 
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • The candidates should be able to walk and handle physically demanding tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to maintain client focus, demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively in oral form
  • The candidates should be able to exhibit flexibility and work effectively as a team player

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • The candidates should be able to estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports, and have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules for staff
