Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend and Morning
Work setting: General law practice, business or corporate law and property and real estate law
Transportation/travel information: Valid driver’s licence required, own vehicle required and public transportation is available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work fast-paced environment, work under pressure, maintain tight deadlines and also pay attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client
  • The candidate should be reliable and also a team player
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and also an excellent oral and written communication
  • The candidate should be able to supervise 1 to 2 people

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences and also train and supervise staff
  • The candidate should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservation and also review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • The candidate should be able to prepare financial statements and reports and also prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • The candidate should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information and also maintain filing system
