Salary: $28.50 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Brampton, ON
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling heavy loads as part of their duties
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and show initiative in problem-solving and taking on new challenges
  • The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making situations and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
  • The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their duties consistently and work effectively as part of a team, fostering collaboration
  • The candidates should be proactive in seeking opportunities for improvement

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • The candidates should be able to resolve work-related problems and train workers in duties and policies, while also coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including organizing and maintaining inventory
