Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, showcasing the ability to maintain efficiency and productivity in dynamic work settings
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a calm demeanor in challenging and time-sensitive situations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and addressing client needs effectively, and possess efficient interpersonal skills, fostering positive and productive communication with clients and team members
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication skills, conveying information clearly and effectively, and demonstrate flexibility, adapting to changing situations and requirements with ease

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and handle emergency situations
- The candidates should be able to coordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit progress and other reports, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, resolve work-related problems, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
