Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- The candidates should be able to supervise and train team members in sorting, processing, and inventory management
- The candidates should be able to monitor workflow, set performance targets, and implement process improvements
- The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with other departments to maintain production schedules and resolve issues
