Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have minimum three (3) year diploma/degree in Post Secondary education in Multimedia, Television Broadcasting, Photography, Film, or related field
Experience: Candidates should have minimum three (3) years of practical experience working in the field of Photography, Television, Film and/or Multi Media as a studio/grip technician or as a photographer
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have at least one of the three years, which should include purchasing and inventorying supplies and equipment along with maintenance and repair of such equipment
- The candidate should have a working knowledge of computers
- The candidate should possess the ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
- The candidate should be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and professional
- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to respect confidentiality
- The candidate should have proven experience in a client-focused working environment
- The candidate should possess effective communication skills (oral and written)
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to provide support and technical assistance as required to Faculty, students, and/or other staff in the delivery of skills-based learning
- The candidate should be able to work independently as well as with team members
- The candidate should manage all aspects of the supply and equipment for the Faculty, students, and/or other staff, including maintenance support/maintenance scheduling, setting up and tearing down studio sessions, orientation in usage of equipment, and maintenance of equipment inventory
