Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Telecommunications
Sales experience: Telecommunications equipment and services
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, Word processing software, Spreadsheet, Electronic mail, Salesforce

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have knowledge of industrial/commercial (general)

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to promote sales to existing clients and identify potential clients, assessing their needs and resources for recommending appropriate goods or services
  • The candidates should be able to deliver sales presentations, estimate costs, and prepare and administer sales contracts
  • The candidates should be able to utilize sales/marketing software packages, conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, and provide input into product design tailored to clients’ needs
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after the sale, provide ongoing support, and train customers’ staff in equipment operation and maintenance
  • The candidates should be able to troubleshoot technical problems, resolve product and service-related issues, and supervise other technical sales specialists’ activities
  • The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, represent companies in international trade, and conduct sales transactions
  • The candidates should be able to supervise activities of other sales representatives, estimate or quote prices, and consult with clients after signed contracts
  • The candidates should be able to review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions, providing customer service
  • The candidates should be able to advertise and promote products, sales, or services and provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
