TripToGo based in Richmond Hill, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Travel agent. TripToGo is a dynamic travel planning platform designed to simplify the process of organizing and booking trips. With a user-friendly interface and comprehensive features, TripToGo offers travelers a convenient way to research destinations, compare prices, and make reservations for flights, accommodations, rental cars, and activities all in one place. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Job Description:

Salary: $40,000 to $70,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 37.5 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Shifts: Day

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such College/CEGEP, or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and excellent written communication abilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to investigate new travel areas, hotels, and other amenities to expand the range of travel options available to customers
  • The candidate should be able to sell travel products and travel insurance by effectively communicating their benefits and suitability to customers
  • The candidate should be able to use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems, to maximize sales opportunities
  • The candidate should be able to provide customers with travel information and details such as regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions, and special events to assist them in making informed travel decisions
  • The candidate should be able to provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs to help them plan their trips effectively
