Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset Language: Spanish
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in wet/damp and hot conditions and be non-smokers
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and have experience in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should possess physical strength and endurance for physically demanding tasks, be comfortable standing for extended periods, and be able to manage a large workload efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality, prepare for the market, and report signs of insect or disease damage
- The candidates should be able to mix and prepare soils, apply fertilizers, and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
