Salary: $18.00 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week

Location: Oliver, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift and carry weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- The candidates should be a team player, actively contributing to and supporting the collective efforts of the team
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean, clip, and deleaf crops
- The candidates should be able to grade crops and mix fertilizer
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops effectively
- The candidates should be able to perform stone and/or wood picking along with weeding
- The candidates should be able to fertilize, spray, and harvest crops efficiently
- The candidates should be able to operate, maintain farm machinery, and examine produce for quality
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack fruits, and vegetables while picking row and orchard crops
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area diligently
