We are one of the best general earthmoving and excavations companies of the town, providing quality services to the customers at a reasonable price. We are a fully insured and experienced operator. We have efficient and well-trained staffs who help us to run our business smoothly. We hire foreign workers to fill labour or skill shortages on a temporary basis. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. This position of Truck driver is approved by LMIA.

Salary: $26.10 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent employment
Location: Woodbridge, ON
Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel cross-border, willing to travel for extended periods and willing to travel overnight
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be physically strong
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and also in an organized way
- The candidate should be someone who can judge, reliable and also a team player
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and also an excellent written communication
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to load and unload goods, operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials and also pay and receive payments for goods
- The candidate should be able to oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- The candidate should be able to perform emergency roadside repairs, perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle and also perform preventive maintenance
