Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, MS Access, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing tasks under tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate a strong attention to detail even in demanding circumstances

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess the ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances
  • The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and schedules, demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and strive for accuracy in their work
  • The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks and be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic inquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
