Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
  • The candidates should be able to direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
  • The candidates should be able to hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
  • The candidates should be able to plan and manage the facility’s operations budget
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects to modify commercial, transportation and recreational facilities and real estate
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of commercial, transportation and recreational facilities and the included real estate
  • The candidates should be able to prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
