Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Parts specialization: Electrical products, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system, plumbing, and refrigeration 
Security and safety: Criminal record check and driver’s validity licence check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and able to work quietly
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be physically capable of meeting demanding tasks, while also being able to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should exhibit dependability and organizational skills, while also being effective team players
  • The candidates should demonstrate maturity and prioritize punctuality

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and organization, while also advising on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts as needed
  • The candidates should be able to identify, label, and catalogue items received accurately, ensuring they are properly recorded and stored, and issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use efficiently, ensuring they reach the appropriate departments or individuals
  • The candidates should be able to maintain records on the inventory control system, updating information on stock levels and transactions as required, while also preparing and tracking work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • The candidates should be able to prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, identifying items needed and quantities required, and receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, checking for accuracy and condition upon arrival, as well as ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment as needed, coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery and receipt
