Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at working under pressure, and be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be physically capable of demanding tasks, handle heavy loads, and have manual dexterity
- The candidates should have attention to detail, demonstrate hand-eye coordination, and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as adapting to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to handle weights ranging from up to 23 kg (50 lbs) to up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be energetic, hardworking, and quick learners
- The candidates should have strong time management skills, demonstrate dependability, and be reliable
- The candidates should be team players, organized, and exhibit flexibility
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, pick orders and stock, and weigh materials and goods
- The candidates should be able to make labels, attach them to goods, wrap goods, pack and unpack goods, and sort, crate, and stack goods
- The candidates should be able to install, lash, and secure goods, store cargo and materials, and transport and distribute materials and goods
