Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of minimum of a four year degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology and Online Learning
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of five years of progressive experience in an education or training field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have at least one (1) year of experience working in instructional design, curriculum design, educational technology, or a related field
- The candidates should possess certificates or courses in Instructional Design, Learning Management Systems (LMSs), multimedia, or other eLearning tools
- The candidates should demonstrate experience in developing and delivering instructional design workshops and resources to support faculty subject matter experts
- The candidates should show the ability to assist faculty in designing face-to-face, online, and hybrid lessons. This includes recommending learning methods, assessment activities, course flow, Learning Management System integration, educational technologies, and other interactive course components
- The candidates should have experience within a teaching and learning center at a higher education institution is preferred for the candidates
- The candidates should exhibit highly effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- The candidates should provide evidence of commitment to the success of all learners
