Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a minimum of a College Degree or Certificate and preferably with a media agency or multichannel national advertising client
- The candidates should have strong data and analytic skills, including Experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI/Tableau, ability to triangulate between data, brand goals, and opportunitie and experience in building or leveraging media data and analytics platforms and capabilities
- The candidates should have proven skills in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, balancing short and long-term needs and implications
- The candidates should have effective communication skills, able to leverage verbal and written communication to drive action and present and sell ideas to senior management
- The candidates should have the ability to operate with discipline, demonstrating relentless attention to detail and strong project management skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to solve tough business problems and bring creative thinking and ideas to drive innovation and growth behind P&G’s portfolio of brands, able to develop both people and the organization effectively
- The candidates should be able to identify, build, and leverage new data and analytics capabilities, familiar with traditional and digital media planning and measurement data sets and understanding of the Canadian media landscape
- The candidates should be able to track in-market performance in key media spend pools to understand how inventory is delivering against brand goals and identify opportunities to adjust future plans and buys to maximize impact
- The candidates should be able to build capabilities to assess opportunities to optimize P&G’s 30+ brand portfolio’s advertising spend and demonstrated thought leadership in measuring media ROI
- The candidates should be able to lead the adoption of new analytics approaches, capabilities, and models to address current marketplace challenges across P&G brands and enable broad use and activation
