Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completed a two-year office administration course approved by Central Health
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should regularly be required to lift, move objects up to 10 lbs. and use a cart to transport objects within the building. Push, pull forces in the sedentary range (0-10lbF)
- The candidates should occasionally be required to bend, twist, stretch, reach, and complete low-level postures (kneeling, crouching or stooping)
- The candidates should be required to sit for long periods of time, with opportunities to stand and walk for postural breaks at regular intervals
- The candidates should have completed a 60-hour medical terminology course and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be aware of potential exposure to scented or chemical products and other allergens within publicly accessible areas

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide general clerical support, including maintaining records, filing loose reports, retrieving and filing client records, answering the telephone, responding to routine inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing other clerical duties
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate an awareness of and promote person- and family-centered care, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for clients
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate a commitment to safety, partnering with all team members to improve worker and patient safety by integrating safety into work practices, identifying risks, and implementing improvements
