Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a university degree in Marketing, Communications
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B in the cargo or logistics industry
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a passion for ingenuity, creativity, and initiative
- The candidates should be self-starters with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The candidates should have experience developing B2B collateral across various mediums and for different channels
- The candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- The candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office programs Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and knowledge of the cargo or logistics industry as a plus
- The candidates should have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, experience in marketing internationally (outside of Canada) as a plus
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sell postal products and services to the business community and the public, including stamps, prepaid mail envelopes, and money orders
- The candidates should be able to sort, distribute, and process mail into appropriate classifications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- The candidates should be able to provide customers with information and forms related to postal services, addressing inquiries and assisting with paperwork
- The candidates should be able to address delivery and service difficulties, resolving problems thoroughly and quickly to maintain customer satisfaction
