Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
• The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be able to distinguish between colours, be able to do sound discrimination
• The candidates should be able to work in outdoors, wet/damp, noisy area, dusty area, odours, hot area and cold/refrigerated area, fruit and vegetable combination farming, and other vegetables and melon farming (except potato)

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to do cleaning crop, fruit trees training, grading
• The candidates should be able to do hand harvesting vegetables, hoeing crops
• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to stone and/or wood picking, do tying, weeding
• The candidates should be able to harvest crops, and write daily basic progress reports
