Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Inuktut, English, or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience in a secretarial and administrative position
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the knowledge, skills, and abilities typically obtained through completion of high school with additional coursework in computer software and general administrative courses
- The candidates should be open to acceptable combinations of education and experience being considered for this position
- The candidates should be encouraged to apply if they have equivalent years of education and/or experience equal to the listed requirements
- The candidates should be able to submit their resume in any of Nunavut’s official languages: Inuktut, English, or French

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist the Property Management Officer in coordinating the allocation of Staff Housing units to individuals
- The candidates should be able to provide reporting and administrative support for the staff housing portfolio
- The candidates should be able to record any problems or complaints from tenants, landlords, or agents and work with the Property Management Officer to find solutions
- The candidates should be able to receive notifications from Local Housing Offices (LHOs) on unit orders, maintenance management, tenant allocations, and walkouts
- The candidates should be able to ensure accurate tenant data and property inventories are maintained
