Iclean Restaurants & Offices provides a wide range of cleaning services for restaurants, offices, retail stores, and other commercial establishments throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We have experienced and well-trained cleaning professionals use the latest technology and equipment to ensure that every job is completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The position of administrative assistant is approved by LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment)

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus and organized
  • The candidates should have ability to multitask and efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, answer electronic enquiries, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintain and order supplies, costing and budgeting
  • The candidates should be able to invoice clients, estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates, establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
