Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Flexible Hours, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be a repetitive tasker
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be accurate, client focus, organized, flexible, and reliable
  • The candidates should have ability to multitask, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
