Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer, Willing to relocate
Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset Language: Persian
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 year to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Invoices, Business services
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and supervise other workers
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone, relay calls, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, and plan and control budget expenditures
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers and manage contracts
  • The candidates should be able to make and confirm reservations, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • The candidates should be able to arrange sales demonstration appointments, provide customer service, and advise senior management
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, as well as plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
