Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Business
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities, while being capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail, and they should be able to handle a large workload, prioritizing tasks effectively

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess the ability to multitask, managing multiple responsibilities efficiently, and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities effectively

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., as well as supervise other workers and train them effectively
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone, relay calls, and messages promptly
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, alongside typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports, manage contracts, and efficiently assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
