Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate a
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures, and manage contracts
  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, train, direct, and motivate staff, and oversee payroll administration
  • The candidates should be able to assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and oversee the preparation of reports
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to manage training and development strategies, oversee the development of communication strategies, and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • The candidates should be able to organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to conduct research, perform data entry, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, maintain and manage a digital database, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer staff
