Milton Community Resource Centre offers counseling services, youth programs, and workshops on various topics such as financial literacy and mental health. Our aim is to foster holistic development and empower individuals of all ages. By collaborating with local organizations and government agencies, we strengthens community bonds and promotes positive social change. Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Credentials: Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE), Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Immunization records, Tuberculosis test, and Vulnerable sector check

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement child-care programs supporting physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • The candidates should be able to lead activities like storytelling, teaching songs, and exploring local points of interest with children
  • The candidates should be able to supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers, and order necessary supplies and equipment
